Refund and Cancellation Policy

 1. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

All items purchased from are bespoke and made-to-order. For this reason we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at with details of the product and the defect including any images within 7 days of receipt.

We aim to respond with 72 hours to all refund requests and whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

2. Missing Items

If an item has been posted but not been received you have 14 days from our sending of postage confirmation to inform us that the package has not arrived by emailing

3. Cancellation

You are entitled to cancel your order within 48 hours without giving any reason for doing and will receive a full refund. In order to do this you must email with the order number and clear instructions to cancel the order.

Cancellation requests received after 48 hours will be treated on a case-by-case basis. Due to the bespoke nature of the products if orders have started to be printed then it will no longer be possible to cancel.
